Congratulations to everyone who competed at the Robina Triathlon last weekend.

XMAS/NEW YEAR TRAINING:

Training will continue as normal until Wednesday 23rd December 2009 and will then break until Monday 4th January 2010.

RTT SATURDAY RIDES:
