There will be no lunch squad at the Valley Pool on the following dates due to school carnivals.

The Reddog merchandise order will be placed on Monday January 17th 2011. Check out the shop on our website (www.reddogtriathlontraining.com) and place your order by 6pm Sunday 16th January.
GATORADE RACE 4 ROBINA AND THE GREAT AUSTRALIAN SWIM COOLANGATTA POSTPONED:
Due to flooding in Qld, Gatorade Race 4 at Robina has been postponed (proposed new date 22/23 January, check USM website for updates) and The Great Australian Swim at Coolangatta has been postponed until Sunday 23rd January.
