Reddog AOTM, how do you feel about that?
Very surprised, considering how many talented people there are in the squad who are much more deserving of the title than me.
What attracted you to the sport of triathlon?
My flatmate Nicole who used to make me very jealous as to the amount of food she could eat and never put on any weight cause she burnt it all of training
If you were Reddog coach for the week, what would you do differently?
Not much at all, I think Trent is an awesome coach but i would insist on turning up the heaters in the pool
How much training do you do at the moment?
1 week on, 1 week off... Kinda hit and miss with me lately
Least favourite session and why?
Any swim session in winter
If you had one wish, what would it be?
To make it through the swim leg at noosa tri and not get eaten by a bull shark

What doesnt kill you only makes you stronger... Any body can go from zero to hero (Trent Patten)
What advice would you give to other Reddogs who would like to be AOTM?
Im really not in a position to give that advice as I dont even know how I managed to win the title myself
What are your goals?
To finish my first olympic distance tri at Noosa
Who would be your ideal training partner?
Anyone who has a fun approach to training and doesnt take competing too seriously
